A new blog feature for Chinese Medicine Guys is called Ivory Tower. This is where I use Chinese Medicine theory to explain some common problems. In this case, it is Cold Hands & Feet. Like everything in Chinese Medicine there just isn't one explanation why someone gets some problem. But there can be some common reasons. Here is a common reason for getting Cold Hands & Feet due to what is called in Chinese Medicine a diagnosis (dx) of Liver Qi stagnation. Please bear with me. As I am reading a script for the slide show and for about the first minute or so I am about as talented as McCain reading a teleprompter. Then I relax into it and it's not so snoozy monotone anymore. I'm more engaging without a script, but I tend to Chinese Medicine wander...so I instead picked my script poison.
